# Attrely > Attrely is a mobile measurement and attribution panel for web and mobile apps. Campaign links, install attribution, partner spend and data residency in one place. Home: https://attrely.com/en/ Dashboard (sign-in required): https://attrely.com/app/ English version: https://attrely.com/en/ ## Guides - [Why data residency matters: region choice and transfers](https://attrely.com/en/blog/why-data-residency-matters/): Data residency is the country and server where data is stored. If measurement data is not moved automatically outside its region, legal risk and latency both go down. - [How to measure campaign performance: a checklist](https://attrely.com/en/blog/how-to-measure-campaign-performance/): Campaign performance is measured by comparing clicks, installs, attributed conversions and spend over the same date range, using the same attribution rules. - [How to detect ad fraud: fake clicks and installs](https://attrely.com/en/blog/how-to-detect-ad-fraud/): Ad fraud wastes budget with fake clicks and installs. Very short click-to-install times, bursts of clicks from one source and inconsistent timestamps are the main signals. - [SKAdNetwork explained: attribution under iOS privacy limits](https://attrely.com/en/blog/skadnetwork-explained-ios-privacy/): SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit are Apple systems that report campaign attribution on iOS without user-level data. Values come back through a delayed, limited postback. - [Consent in mobile measurement: a practical checklist for KVKK and GDPR](https://attrely.com/en/blog/mobile-measurement-consent-checklist/): Measurement data must not be sent without the user's explicit consent. When consent is withdrawn, local identifiers should be deleted and no new events sent. - [What is a deep link? Opening the app or the store](https://attrely.com/en/blog/what-is-a-deep-link/): A deep link opens a specific screen in an app when tapped. If the app is not installed, a fallback step sends the user to the store page. - [How to calculate ROAS: the return on ad spend](https://attrely.com/en/blog/how-to-calculate-roas/): ROAS is attributed revenue divided by ad spend. For example, 35,000 in attributed revenue on 10,000 of spend is a ROAS of 3.5. - [Install and reinstall explained: why your numbers differ](https://attrely.com/en/blog/install-reinstall-explained/): An install is a first-time installation on a device; a reinstall is a repeat installation on the same device. Ad platforms and measurement tools use different windows and rules, so their counts usually differ. - [What is attribution? Deterministic attribution and last click](https://attrely.com/en/blog/what-is-attribution-deterministic/): Attribution decides which ad click a install or purchase belongs to. Deterministic attribution relies only on a provable identifier match and does not guess. - [How to measure a mobile app: installs, events and revenue](https://attrely.com/en/blog/how-to-measure-a-mobile-app/): Mobile app measurement has three layers: record the ad click, attribute the install to that click, and connect later in-app events and revenue to the campaign. - [What is a mobile measurement partner (MMP) and why do you need one?](https://attrely.com/en/blog/what-is-an-mmp/): A mobile measurement partner (MMP) is a third-party measurement layer. It tracks ad clicks through to app installs and in-app purchases, and attributes those results to the campaign that produced them. - [How to install the Web SDK: a step-by-step guide](https://attrely.com/en/blog/web-sdk-setup-guide/): The Web SDK is a small client library. You add one script, configure your property key and endpoint, and send events only after the visitor has given consent. - [How to create a campaign tracking link](https://attrely.com/en/blog/how-to-create-campaign-tracking-link/): A campaign tracking link is a short redirect that adds campaign, source and medium details plus a unique click identifier to the destination. Consistent naming keeps your reports aligned. - [iOS install attribution: limits and correct setup](https://attrely.com/en/blog/ios-install-attribution-limits/): On iOS, install attribution is limited by privacy rules. Reliable matches come from click identifiers that your own campaign link carried; anything else should be reported as unattributed rather than guessed. - [SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit: the basics](https://attrely.com/en/blog/skadnetwork-adattributionkit-basics/): SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit are Apple systems that report campaign-level attribution without user-level data. Reports are delayed and limited to a small conversion value. - [What is data residency? How it relates to KVKK and GDPR](https://attrely.com/en/blog/what-is-data-residency-gdpr/): Data residency is the rule that defines in which country and on which servers personal data is stored. KVKK and GDPR set conditions for transfers outside the region, so residency is a compliance decision. ## Frequently asked questions - Where is my data stored? Your property is stored on a server in the region you chose. Data is not moved outside that region automatically. - Do you collect data without consent? No. The SDK sends no user-level events and creates no identifiers until consent is given. - Do you track users across devices? No. Matching only uses the click identifier the user agreed to and that your campaign link provided. - Is SKAdNetwork supported? In this release, SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit postback intake is being prepared. See the blog for details. - Which platforms can I connect? The connection framework for Meta Ads and Google Ads is ready. TikTok, Snapchat, X and DSP or ad server integrations are planned.
